It's time to hire a Day of Coordinater!

 

I listen and I understand that every detail matters. My job is to review everything you have decided upon - and then to review it again! Contracts with vendors, correct days and times, payments to Florists, Officiant, Photographer, Music etc, set ups and breakdowns. You made all of the difficult choices, it is for me to make it happen. Problems? You should never even know any exist. Overseeing set ups and tear downs, while you're getting your hair and make up with a glass of champagne in your hand, or dancing with your love - you shouldn't have a care in the world.

I understand the rhythm of the wedding day. What needs attention, what can be simplified and how to keep everything flowing so you can actually enjoy your celebration.

 

*Half Day Wedding Coordination Prices start at $1500

We offer an accessible, affordable

option to keep the drinks flowing and

your guest happily celebrating and

toasting you all night long!

We will work with you to curate your signature and bar drinks - both alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic. You

will receive a complete shopping list that

will cover everything you and your

guests require to share your

unforgettable experience! My non-certified

organic garden offers a true local source for

garnish to glass individuality and creativity

to further wow your guests. Unavailable

items will be added to your shopping list

Our bartenders are not only skilled and

experienced, they're also happy to be there!
